Do you specialize in relationship coaching? 

While I love LOVE, I do not specialize in relationship coaching. I would be happy to refer you to a talented, loving person who does. 

Do I need a life coach or therapist or both? 

Great question! It is my belief that life coaching can be a companion to therapy/mental health services but not a replacement. Our initial assessment will allow me to determine if life coaching is a fit for you depending on where you are in other areas of your life. It’s okay if we have to pause or delay our start, I’m here to help you on your life journey. It begins by trusting the process. :)

Soul alignment: $3000

Package includes:

• 9 one-hour virtual sessions over 3 months

• Access to client portal

• Support services between sessions

• 3- month check-in post completion (45 min)

Business alignment: dependent upon service; prices will be discussed during consultation
